Bruxism (Teeth grinding)

Bruxism is a condition in which you grind, gnash or clench your teeth. If you have bruxism, you may unconsciously clench your teeth together during the day, or clench or grind them at night. Bruxism is more popular in children then adults, and can be treated after an evaluation of your symptoms. Treatments offered after evaluations range from mouth guards, to dental correlation, to possible therapy’s to help treat the cause.
